There is always some kind of story behind every track, and “Warped” is no exception to the rule:
It was the first track ever produced under the pseudonym Monoblok, and also the opening track of the very first live performance under that moniker in 2006.
So although it was never actually released, it has really been played a lot, at first in its original form, and then later as part of the Electro Wind Band project.
Here is a foretaste of the forthcoming Electro Wind Band album: a cover of Poney Part I – one of Vitalic‘s early anthems – by Monoblok and L’Harmonie de Lille-Fives (OHLF), a 50 musician wind band. The album is scheduled to be released on 20th May. It will be available on CD and in digital format.
